Mariël Van Vynckt

Mariël Van Vynckt graduated in law from the University of Ghent in 2008. In October of that same year, she started at the Bruges Bar and joined Crivits & Persyn.

Mariël handles matters of labour law, insolvency law and social criminal law. She is also a bankruptcy trustee. She applies her in-depth knowledge of and expertise in insolvency law and social law when she provides assistance in collective redundancies, company closures, takeovers, bankruptcies and liquidations. Mariël – together with Rik Crivits – has written several publications on the consequences of restructuring operations for the workforce.
