Annick Alders

Annick Alders practised as a lawyer from 2001 until the end of 2019, always with Crivits & Persyn where she also became a partner. She played a part in the development of our business law practice, in particular the insolvency law section, which she directed with enthusiasm and vigour. She acted as company liquidator, administrator and bankruptcy trustee, and regularly delivered lectures on all aspects of liquidation and directors’ liability.

As editor, Annick was also the driving force behind the book Praktische gids voor vereffenaars van vennootschappen (Kluwer, 2013). Annick left our firm and the Bar at the end of December 2019. As of 1 January 2020, she is honorary lawyer at the West Flanders Bar.
