Bram Baert

Bram Baert studied law at the University of Ghent. In 1997 he became a lawyer registered at the Bruges Bar, and at the same time joined Crivits & Persyn.

Bram has in particular acquired considerable expertise in corporate law. He often assists in company takeovers (SPA and ATA) and advises clients in matters of intellectual property and privacy. He is a passionate contract negotiator who achieves solid agreements. Bram offers appropriate advice in conflicts surrounding the implementation of those agreements, and provides assistance in negotiations and disputes. He also shows his expertise in corporate disputes, disputes involving director’s liability, or disputes between shareholders.
