Charline Bulteel

Charline Bulteel first studied Germanic Languages and then Law at the University of Ghent. In 2007, she became a lawyer registered at the Bruges Bar, and joined Crivits & Persyn.

Charline primarily specializes in social law, focusing on dismissal disputes, occupational safety and cases that centre around working with (foreign) employees or subcontractors.

Given her special interest in social criminal law, Charline also followed the cassation training course in criminal matters.

Charline is a lecturer at Syntra West, and also gives various seminars on liability in industrial accidents. She co-authored the book Arbeidsveiligheid en aansprakelijkheid (Occupational Safety and Liability) (Wolters Kluwer, 2018) with Chris Persyn.
